My name is Joanne Feist with Maxwell Realty Group. I have been selling Real Estate for over 20 years now. My dad who has been selling Real Estate for 35 years, he got me started in the Real Estate business. I have a brother-in-law who also sells Real Estate and a sister who does mortgages. I have a buyers agent, Beverley Wahl who has been working with me for the past 5 years. Her main focus is to keep you the buyer best interest in mind. I have 2 children, a boy and a girl.

  My name is Beverley Wahl and I am a buyer's agent for Joanne Feist at Maxwell Realty Group. Being a buyer's agent allows me to focus on my clients who are looking to buy a home. I work with the buyer's best interests in mind. I will work harder to ensure you are buying a house at the right price, and make sure you have the representation you deserve. I have been a buyer's agent for 5 years, 3 of which have been with Maxwell Realty-Lethbridge. The best part of my day is seeing the joy my clients experience when they know they have found the perfect home. My personal mission to my clients is to help them find the best home, in the best area, for the best price. When I am not busy selling homes, I enjoy spending time with my family and making time to go on vacation.
